I find it interesting that the coach who picked him up as a freshman in high school in Fullerton and sent him to the University of Michigan as a Junior National Champion in multiple events is never mentioned by name. Most coaches can't identify themselves enough with a top flite talent.

tyler johnson swam for NAC, and UofA..he went like 19.3 in his 50 free way before any suits..i wouldnt say john morse supports the way that he chose to write his thoughts on nac, but im sure morse supports the general idea of what he was saying..anyway this quote was taken out of context in the first place, and didnt even need to appear here, honestly i think garret should take down all the quotes that dont have anything to do with this video (including this one) because people who dont have much to talk about when backing up their club are actually embarrassing themselves and their club. obviously baylor is a good high school team, and is getting to be a better club team probably mostly due to flacks coaching and his ability to motivate his swimmers to do what it takes.

Michael Phelps.... wow its an honor to even post a comment on such an inspirational person. You are my HERO!!! You are the most ah-mazing swimmer to ever grace this planet. Ohhh and im really sorry i forgot your birthday on June 30. Please forgive me. Oh and some people don't like you anymore because of the whole "pot" incident but i am NOT one of those people. Everyone makes mistakes and you are only human. My motto is forgive and forget and that is exactly what i have done. Please contact me back because it would mean the world to me! I have all your books, calenders, shirts, posters, and everything else. You might remember me because I wrote that essay about you and sent it to you. Oh and by the way, thanks so much for the autographed picture. I will cherish it forever!! I am NOT a stalker...,. I only want to be your good friend. And just in case you were wondering, I am also a swimmer. My swim team is the Chambersburg Chargers, and i must say we are pretty good. I guess im pretty good too! I won't get into detail, but if you ever want to see my times then i will send them tp you. I really hope to see you at the 2012 Olympic trials and the Olympic Games! My coach thinks i might make the trials that year. By the way, i am 13 right now. Oh and at the 2012 Olympics i have faith in you that you will get 9 gold medals! :)

ok first of all baylor has an amazing coach yes we all know, but half the reason the are so good is cause they recruit from all over the world lets take grodzki for example amazing swimmer but the ordered him from germany and regardless of how many seniors they loose they won state by over 300 points nobody has a chance and yea nac and pilot and excel and all great teams baylor has done some magor ranking up lately and if yall want to be the weekly workout so badly why dont u try and get your coach to ask

You can take so much out of this interview if you listen closely. These guys are a very special breed and I sleep better at night knowing they are protecting me and my family. The entire SEAL community prides themselves in doing what others can't. Their mental toughness and drive in unbelievable. Nice interview Fosch!

I was the person saying that NAC and Morse should be ashamed of Tyler Johnson's comments. You say that I don't understand who he is and that quote. What I DO understand is self-respect, class and allowing your performance to speak for itself. I don't care who Tyler Johnson is and I'm not sure what's to "understand" about him or the quote. I've worked with, spoken to and spent time with some of the top coaches in the country.....and if John Morse counts himself among those (or wishes to), he would never endorse or support Tyler's comments.

wow. okay alot of people are saying that baylor sucks and doesn't work hard for what they accomplish(which happens to include being NATIONAL CHAMPIONS). as a swimmer for baylor, i for one, can safely say that none of our accomplishments would have ever been possible if it had not been for ridiculously intense work in and out of the pool. plus, the kids on the team are really welcoming and get along amazingly. i once heard someone say that baylor was into "steroids" and thats the only reason we did well. umm. NO. we do well because we are not alone when we race. we know the real meaning of being a TEAM and helping each other out when the going gets tough. thats what i think about when i race. so, next time anyone thinks about saying something bad about baylor, why not keep your mouth (or computer) closed if you cant say anything nice. thank you and good night.
