Dr. Gary Hall

Gary trained under legendary coaching names like Flip Darr, Don Gambril, and Doc Councilman. In fact Hall was Flip Darr's first Olympic swimmer back in 1968.
Dr. Hall was a 3 time Olympian ('68,'72,'76), and won a medal each time he represented the USA at an Olympiad. Maybe the most impressive aspect of his Olympic career is that he medaled in 3 different individual events (400IM, 200fly, 100fly).
Gary attended Indiana University, where he trained under James "Doc" Councilman. He excelled in the classroom and completed medical school at the University of Cincinnati.

Gary worked above and beyoud what I asked him to do.
I had 14 workouts a week and he wold go to Disneyland Hotel Pool and put in a third workout for each day.
It also helped that he was Very smart and let his head do the swimming, the body followed.
Great interview, good for my EGO.
