Dr. Keith Bell

Talk about a swimming enthusiast. From the time he was 7 years old swimming in his first meet, Keith Bell has loved the sport of swimming. He not only participates very actively as a competitive swimmer, but he also wears the coaching hat, and has written books that some critics call, "The bible of sports psychology for swimmers."
Dr. Bell has worked with over 400 Teams, and 15 thousand swimmers all over the world.
He is also the founder of the American Swimming Association, which aims to provide events for all levels of the sport. The ASA provides the only Collegiate open water championship and the only open water state high school championship as well.
ASA meets incorporate a plethora of unique and entertaining forums, including a medley relay that can go in any order of stroke (including backstroke from a dive). You think an IM between Phelps and Lochte is exciting? Imagine the strategies you could use with them in a relay where they could be swimming any stroke?
Dr. Bell is on to some pretty cool ideas for the sport.
