Sorry for the delay in posts. We have been talking to the applicants and it is taking time to go through all of them. We need to go through the process and meet with as many people as possible. I have talked to a lot of people already and I am scheduled to talk to more. I have spoken with all types of swim fans, a lot of coaches and journalists and a couple expats living in Asia and Europe.
