Dear Swimming Community,
Recently I was featured on several of Floswimming.com’s videos while training the sprinters here at Auburn. One of those videos, “The Main Setâ€, has elicited over 170 responses. Because of the popularity of that video as well as the comments made below it, I feel obligated to you, my fellow swimmers and coaches, to explain a few things about how I coach and what was seen on that video.
