Kara Lynn Joyce

Kara is one of only 2 swimmers to win 2 events (100 and 50 free) 4 years in a row at The NCAA Championships. She won a total of 18 NCAA titles in her college career.
Internationally Kara has won 8 medals, including 2 silvers (400m Free Relay and 400m Medley Relay) at the 2004 Olympics in Athens.
