i think what happened was that he tapered for three weeks in november for nationals and just to see how long he could hold a taper. but during his taper he did only go 20.84 and like 45.9 so its not like it was a huge surprise that he didnt drop at states

ive swam lincoln about 4 times this year and hes an all around good guy although i did think he would drop more time than he did it was still an awesome swim and goodluck to him at osu
Little suprised at Fahrbach's times at the state meet not having a little better swim, he was 20.8 and 45.8 last year at districts and was 52.9 this summer in meters. I thought he would have been 20 low, 44 high or so since he was posting consistent 21 lows and 46 mids all season. He must had had a missed taper. great video however...to make top heat it took a 46 .8...that is great to see with Ohio swimming!
