The American Record Holder in the 100m free (53.58), Amanda is hoping to make her second US Olympic Team in Omaha this summer. In Athens in 2004 Amanda earned 2 silver medals as part of the 400 meter free relay and the 400 meter medley relay (prelims).
Amanda is no stranger to international competition. She has earned 9 World Championship medals (both long course and short course), as well as 2 gold medals in the Pan American Games.
She currently trains at Swim Atlanta under her long time coach Chris Davis.
