Ava is the defending NCAA Champion in the 400IM, IN HER SOPHOMORE SEASON. Gotta be among the best IMers in the nation. She also has some international freestyle Gold Medals that she earned at the Pan Pacific Championships last summer in the 200m and the 800m relay.
She was the "Michigan High School Swimmer of the Year," as well as a member of the Junior National Team in 2004.
Look out for her going into NCAAs this season, she tore it up at SECs...
