Ish represented Panama at the 2004 Olympics in Athens in the 100m freestyle, and is training to do the same in Beijing this summer.
While at Drury University Ish was part of multiple National Championship relays and placed in the top ten 18 times in his 3 years at the DII Championships.
guys hehhehehe i know is funny.. but the only reason i still do this is because i dont want to use any energy thinking about what race(heat,lane,time) i want to use everything i have in the race.....
haha yeah way to go ish. Ish is always supportive and is probably one of the most gentle guys you will ever meet...unless you swim against him. And dont try to make the mistake i once did...trying to go infront of him in a 50 fast during practice.
