Well Gil beat Tarwater by .7 on the last 50 in semis and was only .08 behind Phelps, so seems like he's on point with his comment. And Tarwater was hardly backing down at the end. GS could very well make it on.

Did he say that know one has the last 50 that he has? It's good to be confident in yourself but I don't think he finishes better than Phelps or Tarwater!
