Topping Trials, Gil Stovall

How do you top a meet like the one Gil had in Omaha? Simple, practice faster. Gil is confident he can drop more time, and he's taking advantage of all the great minds during the team training trips. Oh yeah, and he's better than me with a yo-yo.
