MY NEW FAVORITE OLYMPIC SWIM COACH!
(who now joins Eddie Reese & Frank Busch)

Check him out -
Cool - Smart - Tough - Calm
Have seen several of his interviews and can appreciate how his
philosophy has shaped and encouraged Katie Hoff to success as
she gets older - and faster.
I love the strategy / philosophy of celebrating the success, but
moving right into setting a new goal for the future.

Wow, those are some great things that you can hear consistently from the great coaches in swimming over the years! Good to hear him telling it the way it is!

Attention To Details

As an athlete climbs the swimming ladder, how does a coach keep the swimmer excited and motivated? When a swimmer approaches the top of the latter, what makes the Olympics such a different step?
