Balancing Swimming And Water Polo

How is the swimming program at Navy? They should be good. Don't they like have to swim like across the ocean and stuff.

Honest of him to say that his worst time scholastically was when he wasn't doing as much with his swimming and water polo.....that's almost like runners too. Wish more teachers and parents would start on the grade school level to make sure sports are part of the program. All of us can focus more if we exercise consistently and with purpose.
