can someone please explain what exactly is the bean? i understand how the game is played but i've got no idea what the bean itself is? can someone please enlighten me! i wanna introduce this to my group

Gotta love the BEAN!

My favorite thing during warmup is when our team is lined up waiting for the next thing we cup both hands one at a time starting in the front or the back and thrust the palms of ur hands into the water and make a bit "thud" splash and then the next person does it and the next, forming a chain or wave of THUD splashes. We call them "depth charges". It's pretty sweet.

Well I finally know why Kate didn't perform well this year, the bean just ruined her warmdowns more and more until she was destroyed lol j/p.

This was a cool video great pick! Should try and catch some more bean action and make a video with some sound effects and action music and some cool angles and action shots. It would be amazing. That should definitely be on your todo list for 2009.
