what is advocare. The guys at texas are using Human Performance Labs workout and recovery drinks. Randy Reese helped develop the drinks

In regards to the paragraph at the bottom of the page. Don't forget to say Sir. Even though he'll tell you that its not nesscesary... It give you the chills just being able to stand on the same deck.

actually it wasn't in the middle of the set, it was at the end. after he pushed a 2:36 300... just to keep it in perspective.
