these are some pretty baller times that are being posted in practice, and from highschool swimmers (I'm assuming)?!?! very cool set though, looks fun and hard

yes, i have very long legs and arms. i am VERY double jointed... that's why my legs go "backwards"

Ive heard of lindsey marchand before, i never have seen a swimmer with such long arms and legs! and they go backwards... weird. (yellow suit)

The same idea that goes into an eye patch to strengthen a weak eye. The paddle helps with strength and feel on the weaker arm

Ok, I've been pretty good about releasing a workout a week so I figure for the sake of alliteration I should start doing a Weekly Wednesday Workout. What do you think?
