- See Less - The 2009 World Championship team Head Coach put 2 girls on the Olympic team in Beijing. KING also won the 2008 short course nationals women's team title. Sean's a two time national coach of the year, and has turned KING Aquatic Club into one of the most respected programs in the country.
I am also interested in building a system like this at our pool. I would like it to be a bit more portable as I dont think the administration will let us set permanent pulleys up throughout the facility. Any ideas?
Another fantastic video. It entertains, it teaches, and it exposes another Olympic training regime to the country's swim community. (Not to mention another great swimmer in Ariana Kukors). Another great example of the "sharing" and "diversity" referred to by coaches like Bob Bowman, Richard Quick, Rick Dumont and now Sean Hutchison all on this website. All of them reference this as the thing that makes American swimming great and sets it apart from the rest of the world. Will we continue to hear from any of these people, or see this awesome content if websites like Floswimming do not have access to the best and the brightest in American swimming? Keep up the good work Garrett, the entire swimming world is benefiting!
KING Head Coach Sean makes time to get a workout in for Ariana, who is only swimming a couple events this weekend at Sectionals.
Ariana spent over half of her 2 and a half hour workout on one of these pulleys.

Ok, I've been pretty good about releasing a workout a week so I figure for the sake of alliteration I should start doing a Weekly Wednesday Workout. What do you think?
