McGee has climbed the coaching ladder quickly, and is now the youngest coach in the SEC. But don't be fooled by his age, McGee has over a decade of experience in College swimming.
His career started at his alma-mater East Carolina where in 4 years he coached over 25 varsity record holders. He then spent 4 years as the Men's assistant coach at Navy where his swimmers excelled both in the water and in the classroom coaching multiple NCAA qualifiers and Academic All Americans.
McGee's first head coaching job was at William and Mary where in 2007 he was named Colonial Athletic Association coach of the year.
that is not a hard drylands, who are you anyways? not to be mean but just wondering. are you a college athlete, because I am and that workout is nothing. Expecially because it is done in the summer! summer workouts need to be way harder than that
WHY IN THE WORLD ARE THEY FULL OF WATER. OH WELL IT LOOKS FUN BUT I KNOW IT IS REALLY HARD. THAT WORKOUT IS VERY GOOD FOR PEOPLE THAT NEED TO WORK ON THEIR THIGHS AND JUST WORKING OUT IN GENERAL. I TRIED THAT ONE TIME BUT IT WAS NOT AS BIG OR HEAVY PLUS NOT FILLED WITH WATER. WELL WE ALL SHOULD DO IT.....LONG!!!!!
McGee Moody has found a pretty unique way to work on full body
stability. "Carolina Slosh Pipes" are an idea McGee found online and its another example of his effort to make training fresh and exciting while putting in some solid strength building.

Ok, I've been pretty good about releasing a workout a week so I figure for the sake of alliteration I should start doing a Weekly Wednesday Workout. What do you think?
let alone doing it while hoisting a slosh pipe.
