I think weekly workouts would be a wonderful idea!
They are LUCKY because their feild in INDOORS just like Augustina said and we have to do ours outside in the 100 DEGREE weather with nothing to cool us off and that they have uniforms and they are kind of cute.
LUCKY they get a inside football field and we get a outside football field with NO air conditioning their are only 4 girls on their team plus what song is this i did this song for gymnastics when i was 8 or 9
Garrett, this is awesome! Floswimming provides a service to so many in the swimming community, it's great! What would be the possibility of posting a workout / interview on alternating days, instead of just one day WWW? I know from a coaching perspective, this site could generate more for my profession than possibly even clinics, as it is accessible every day, whereas clinics come about only when you can afford to go and attend. I know from talking with athletes they love the site for various reasons but we all get so much from it, it's just great - what do you think Garrett? Keep it up, Garrett, you're doing a great job!
Now this is a great example of out of the box training! Agility work improving fast twitch muscules and the whole working improving overall areobic endurance. Very nice.
Very nice dryland training for the off season. Athletic swimmers are always great! Plus it is great to stimulate the muscles and joints differently than swim specific training while maintaining conditioning and/or strength.
I really like the WWW idea. I'm sure there will be plenty to watch with many swimmers leading up to OT soon!
Ok, I've been pretty good about releasing a workout a week so I figure for the sake of alliteration I should start doing a Weekly Wednesday Workout. What do you think?
Keep up the great work
