to the guy who bashed caleb courage: you would have to know caleb to understand why he wears a jammer... and about him growing up: i swim for mac and since these guys came half a year ago, i have come to know caleb the best of all the team elites, and he is by far the most mature one there.

we still do about 3 workouts a week in short course. our power workouts like this...because we're only going for about 15m at a time mostly.

I wonder how long the short part of the pool is they were using. 15 yards or so?
