100M butterfly
June 7, 2008Me swimming 100m butterfly at rplx meet me in st louis... My first lc meet in like 3-4years! split 28.0 at the 50 and finished at 1:05 On a side note my traps got really tight at the 75 or so and I choked ,with about 10meters to go, on water... It looks like I could lengthen out my body by straightening my lower back and getting rid of the bend at my hips. If I can keep all that length with everything else flowing I\'d surely be able to reach a higher speed. And working on the underwater dolphin technique more. Took over 10 kicks on start and didn\'t even get to 15m mark. Need to have more whole body undulation..
