man I bet the french are pissed about that "2 swimmer" rule that was made to stop the Americans after the 1976 games. Because the french could easily sweep the top 3 in the 50, how crazy would that be. But alas, it cannot be done, so I guess the french will have to settle for a 1-2 with an american getting 3rd. Yes, i said it, sullivan i don't think will medal.. he's too injury prone, and if you noticed results from 2 weeks ago, his 34.99 didn't inspire much confidence (yea, 34.99 is correct). Ok.

the crazy thing is bousquet cant even swim it at the olympics!!!! he got third at french trials behind leveaux and bernard!!!!

weber-gale was probably the last texas sprinter to beat anyone from auburn when he won the 100 free when cielo was a freshman......then cielo came back the next year and went 41.1
