"sprinters need more strength training than mid or distance swimmers"

It amazes me that there are still coaches out there that to this day still do not believe in strength training for swimming.

I think this kind of thing is the future of swimming and we'll see more and more of it in the sport. Sokolovas is a great asset to USA Swimming.
