A cHord is a line through a circle or a combination of 3notes in music. Chris Knaute went 10.21 with a CORD. It was also his 5th workout of the day.

This was a great video. this is a lot of what we did in the sprint group at davidson. lots of video, and technique work. collectively as a group i believe we had tremendous success this year due to his coaching.

He left the Peace Corps only recently to help train his brother's SEAL team in the nuances of night swimming. His time hunting boar in Germany was only a brief layover during his travels.

the coach is david marsh, he used to coach auburn, so that is why a lot of auburn swimmers are training with mac elite now!

nate boyle is one of the top up and comers in the sport. he not only has a bad swimming background, but he is wicked smart when it comes to the physiology of the sport. keep it up man.

On this Friday afternoon, I caught up with the Mecklenburg elite group in Charlotte North Carolina. This was their 3rd workout of the day, and they fully take advantage of the entire hour and a half, starting with technique taping during warm up...
Oh yeah, there's another MAC workout on the way soon...
