why lol at rollercoaster kick. Great drill that has improved not only my balance in the water but my free and back. Sorry you feel that way. It is a drill that could help any swimmer.

why does the video only show the first group. i thought this was a team. where is the rest of the team?
Looks to me like the video shows a senior group. Not sure the entire team could practice together all at one time. Lots easier to keep up the focus and motivation when everyone in the pool is on the same page. Interesting workout = interesting video. I have no issue with one group being featured so that we Floswimming fans can see another team's workout. So critical!

CD, hard for an exercise phys guy to just do something entirely for the "fun" of it. It is in his bio and his blood, a science guy.

Dawgs, remember there are segments of the race that you have cycles/rates and no start from the blocks. could be off first turn, could be off the block, he did not specify. However, trying to push for those times/cycles/rates from a push makes it a challenge.
Awesome, it is nice to see clubs and coaches making things more challenging without pumping up the yards. Feeling the burn..

Seems like alot of "special" talk to explain the rings. Just a fun, hard set that kids love and do well on since they are in to it.

With this Aussie race pace chart thing, how do they reach their time with no starts? If is based on where they should be, wouldn't they be behind already by starting from a push?

No Michael, stick with my sets! After 14 gold medals why would you want to listen to another coach?
