Keep doing those Button sets. Within a few years, you'll be thanking him for the fast times and the free college education. He's hands down one of the best coaches you'll find on a pool deck.

Button: Make sure there are no weights anywhere NEAR the deck that could be tied to your ankles. You are high on the polo hit list!

The witness protection guys said the polo nets would throw people off my trail....guess it didn't work. Alaska, here I come!

I've known Cody Huckabay since he was a swimmer way back in West Texas - he's a great coach, but all the more a great person! Congrats Cody, you'll do a fantastic job!

Glad you didnt put the workout up. That kickset sucked...didnt want the world to see me and ian getting laped. Should of filmed is favorite type of set.. 10x300IM or today we did 3x400, 300, 200, 100 IM
