(Not to mention another great swimmer in Ariana Kukors). Another great example of the "sharing" and "diversity" referred to by coaches like Bob Bowman, Richard Quick, Rick Dumont and now Sean Hutchison all on this website. All of them reference this as the thing that makes American swimming great and sets it apart from the rest of the world. Will we continue to hear from any of these people, or see this awesome content if websites like Floswimming do not have access to the best and the brightest in American swimming? Keep up the good work Garrett, the entire swimming world is benefiting!

KING Head Coach Sean makes time to get a workout in for Ariana, who is only swimming a couple events this weekend at Sectionals.
Ariana spent over half of her 2 and a half hour workout on one of these pulleys.
