Great lesson. In training, actions always stem from good intentions. Inefficiencies arise when the actions are not balanced or not under the right scope for the individual. Scope meaning the place your goals will take you. More important than the long range scope is the short range. Once the short range goal is a achieved, it is easier to reach the next platou. Its like eating an elephant, one bite at a time. You would not first set out to eat the entire herd or the patriarch. You would first try to wrestle one of small and weak ones and work your way up to the prize fight. Swimming is the same way, choose your battles wisely.
