Heyy I swim my 75's on 1:05 and my 100's on 1:10 intervals in high school. He knows what he's doing though. I used to swim for mustangs club team.

Hey guys that set might look easy but we don't know what they were coming in on even though the times were slow. The more the rest interval the faster you have to go because you've been resting. You have to keep the momentum and not slow down. Im sure the coach would have gone nuts if they just decided to cruse it.

This was a Friday afternoon in mid January, and the Mustangs have since wrapped up a Conference USA Team Championship, and are ranked 19th in the Country going into NCAAs.
