I like him. He is someone I didn't know a whole lot about before floswim, but when I see his name here I click right away. He has got it together, I like the practice video where he has the heats all getting into the water for warmups with a specific purpose. Everything for a reason. Listening to coaches like this gives me as a younger coach the confidence/inspiration to try things a little differently. I freakin love this website.

"There are way more than one type of athlete. If you coach everybody the same way, only a [small] percentage of them will be successful". Great insight.
