Ive been swimming competitively for 18 years and I personally have NEVER seen a 50 yard pool anywhere. Especially if you are training for a competition in a 50 METER pool...why would you swim in a 50 YARD pool?...if one even existed? So who is the one who looks stupid? YOU!!!! reply

Think about it, down and back is a 100 and Gill does a 150 and goes three lenghts...that should tell anyone who knows anything about swimming that its long course meters. #48	Anonymous Coward July 31, 2008 at 4:18pm the 2fly was phelps biggest lock when no one else had ever been under 1:54.5 i believe.....stovall was seeded for trials with a 1:56.0 or somewhere around there i think and by the end of the meet had a personal best of 1:53. reply
