That workout is definitely sick. Great pick. Nice to revisit. Can't wait for number 1 or 2.

I can't help but think a KING, MAC, or Race Club video will be number 2 or 1. Sean gave lots of great interviews and I think really made an impression on us.
The racing the KING kids did that one day was FAST as well as Cullen Jones doing 10.7? from push with a cord. Although I for some reason think that Roland Schoeman and probably others could pwn a resistance swim even more so. On that note The Race Club video provided a nice look at the first team, to my knowledge, to gather some of the best swimmers in the world and create the atmosphere they did.

I would have thought this set would be #1. Like someone else said, not only is the interval absurd, but they make it look so damn easy.

i would love to see a Q & A session with some great coaches in 2009. set a date and time and pick 5 registered (non anonymous) flo swim members to get to ask public questions to the coach. once a week or something like that. mix it up between college, club, high school. young, old, all levels. then others can chime in after the Q & A to give their feedback. or the previous 24 hours, let people post questions and let garrett do the Q & A on our behalf. i would love to hear the whys and hows of some different coaches around the country.

Nope, no fins. If you go a bit before 2:26 in the video you'll see a closeup of his flip turn and you can clearly see there are no fins on his feet.

Number 1, since you asked I think it will be the video of the 4 or 5 college coaches discussing things like keeping men's programs going etc...based on what Garrett said were the criteria for choosing and hopefully that puts the great wall video out of the running.

If there were a full video featuring Natalie Coughlin then that would be number 1.

Has to be the ride on at the Great Wall...Garrett had way too much fun on that...
