Not if you do it correctly!!!! It is called an RDL and most teams in the country put this into their weight program.

the exercise where they bend over with the pipe may and should hurt their lower backs. best keep and eye out

that is not a hard drylands, who are you anyways? not to be mean but just wondering. are you a college athlete, because I am and that workout is nothing. Expecially because it is done in the summer! summer workouts need to be way harder than that

WHY IN THE WORLD ARE THEY FULL OF WATER. OH WELL IT LOOKS FUN BUT I KNOW IT IS REALLY HARD. THAT WORKOUT IS VERY GOOD FOR PEOPLE THAT NEED TO WORK ON THEIR THIGHS AND JUST WORKING OUT IN GENERAL. I TRIED THAT ONE TIME BUT IT WAS NOT AS BIG OR HEAVY PLUS NOT FILLED WITH WATER. WELL WE ALL SHOULD DO IT.....LONG!!!!!
