This makes me want to swim as hard as I can. But, we start tapering for districts. I've dropped about 10 seconds in my hundred breast this year and I NEED 4 more.

this interview makes me even more grateful that i am being trained by this great coach. even if he did give us insane practices the last 2 weeks

Jay is right! In the end it is the athlete's responsibility to succeed. Jay is a good facilitator for athletes who want to succeed.
