dispite your best efforts, you did not get very much information out of him. Surely it is not as simple as he makes it sound. Sounds like he is deliberate in being generally un specific. Great last point though in the idea that "i can do it." The great ones always make it look so easy, maybe it really is???

I disagree. I thought his answers were well thought out and deliberate, but he gave them interest. Good interview

He seems slightly annoyed by some of these questions...by these are some good points that are made.

Cheesy rhyming titles aside, this guy is one of the reasons American swimming will be great for years to come. Paul has a very laid back demeanor, but don't be fooled. Listen closely and you'll learn a thing or two about managing athletes and creating a winning culture.
